Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
"We", "us" and "our" refer to RYZALP Kradolfer, a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) under Swiss law, owned by Michael Douglas Kradolfer, Esplanade Kongresshaus 7, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, Email: mkldgtl@gmail.com ("RYZALP").
These terms apply to all orders placed in our online shop ryzalp.com. Our shop runs on Shopify, but every purchase is a contract between you and RYZALP only.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. Our products are sold for personal use only, not for commercial resale.
3. Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and the look of the color-changing effect can differ slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your device, the lighting and the temperature.
The color-changing effect is based on a temperature-sensitive coating. Its intensity can vary slightly from jacket to jacket and with temperature, light and wear. This is a property of the material, not a defect.
4. Orders and contract
The products in our shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. When you click "Pay now" (or a similar button), you place a binding order. You then receive an email confirming that we received it. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest when we ship it.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is no longer available, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we inform you right away and refund any payment in full.
Please check your order and address before you submit it. You can change or cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at mkldgtl@gmail.com.
The contract language is English. If we provide these terms in other languages, the English version applies in case of a conflict.
5. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
Payment is due when you place your order. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, for example Visa and Mastercard.
Prices and promotions can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
6. Delivery and customs
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Customs duties and import taxes for deliveries to Switzerland and the European Union are included in our prices. For other countries, local duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you named. If you ask the carrier to leave the parcel at a safe place (for example your doorstep, a neighbor or a parcel box), it counts as delivered at that moment.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are on our page "Right of Withdrawal". How returns work is described in our Returns and Refunds policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us at mkldgtl@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the product.
Not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or care, in particular not following the care instructions on the product page and the label
- A weaker color-changing effect caused by improper care, such as hot washing, tumble drying, ironing or bleach
10. Intellectual property
All content in our shop, including the RYZALP name and logo, product names, texts, photos, videos and designs, belongs to RYZALP Kradolfer or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent.
11. Reviews and customer content
If you send us or post a review, photo or video of our products, or tag us on social media, you allow us to show it on our website and social media channels, with your first name or username. We will remove it at any time if you ask us to. You confirm that you own the rights to what you send us.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website when you placed it.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
Place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers can always sue and be sued at their place of residence.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
