Returns and Refunds

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days of delivery.
1. Conditions
To be returned, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In its original packaging if possible
Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
2. How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form on our "Right of Withdrawal" page.
- We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first can get lost and may not be accepted.
3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or wrong.
Customs duties or fees for returns from outside Switzerland are not covered by us.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will email you and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you withdraw within the statutory 14-day period, we also refund the original standard shipping costs.
Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.
If you return only part of a bundle, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned items, based on the bundle price.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return your item as described above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
6. Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label and the product
We will send you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
7. Care and the color effect
The PHANTOM 01 uses a temperature-sensitive (thermochromic) coating. To keep the effect strong:
Wash by hand or on a gentle cycle in cold water, inside out. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or use hot water.
A weaker or lost color effect caused by not following these care instructions is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.
8. Your legal rights
This return policy does not limit your statutory rights, in particular your 14-day right of withdrawal (see "Right of Withdrawal") and your 2-year warranty.
