About the jacket

How does the color change work?

The jacket has a temperature-sensitive coating. When the fabric cools down, the color pattern appears. When it warms up again, the jacket turns back to black. This happens again and again.

Does the effect wear off?

The effect lasts a long time with normal use. Like any coating, it can slowly become a little weaker over time, especially with frequent washing. Follow the care instructions to keep it strong.

Is the jacket waterproof?

The jacket is water-repellent and keeps you dry in light rain and snow.

Is it warm enough for winter?

It is a lightweight shell. For cold days, wear a hoodie or fleece underneath. The oversized fit leaves enough room for layers.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash or gentle cycle at 30 °C, inside out. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, no bleach. Let it dry flat or on a hanger.

Which size should I take?

The jacket has an oversized fit. Take your usual size for the oversized look or one size down for a closer fit. See our Size Guide or message us and we will help.

Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?

Usually 8 to 14 business days to Switzerland, Germany and Austria, and about 9 to 18 business days to other countries. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order.

Do I have to pay customs?

No, not for Switzerland and EU countries. Duties and import taxes are already included. For other countries, local duties may apply.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order is prepared individually and shipped by our fulfillment partner abroad. That is why delivery takes a little longer than from a local warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at mkldgtl@gmail.com.

Can I order before Christmas?

Yes. For delivery before Christmas, please order by 8th December.

Returns

Can I return the jacket?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. See our Returns and Refunds page.

What if my jacket arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and your order number within 14 days. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by certified payment providers. We never see your full card details.
