3. Why we use your data

4. Who receives your data

We only share data with service providers we need to run our shop:

  • Shopify (shop system and hosting): Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada, with data processing also in the USA
  • Payment providers: Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Order fulfillment partner: TeemDrop. This partner produces, packs and ships your order and receives your name, delivery address, phone number and order details.

  • Cookie consent: Consentmo, which stores your cookie choices
  • Advertising and analytics: apart from Shopify's own shop statistics, we currently do not use advertising or tracking tools. If we start using tools such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok or Google ads, we will only do so with your consent and will list them here first.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data transfers abroad

Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, for example in the USA, Canada or China. Where these countries do not offer an adequate level of data protection, we use recognized safeguards, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. For the delivery of your order, the transfer to our fulfillment partner and carriers is necessary to fulfill the contract with you.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies. Some are necessary for the shop to work (for example your shopping cart). Others help us understand how visitors use the website and measure our advertising. We only use these with your consent, which you give or refuse in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Order and accounting data: 10 years, as required by Swiss law

  • Get information about the data we hold about you
  • Have incorrect data corrected

  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a common format (data portability)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future

To use these rights, email us at mkldgtl@gmail.com.

You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you live in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our shop uses an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
